We have found two major problems for Christian organizations. The first problem is getting started. Even though the staff often has the necessary skills, because of their wide range of responsibilities sometimes they find it difficult to develop something new.

The second problem is getting finished. Once someone comes up with a concept and the basic design for an idea the busyness of life works against completing the detail necessary to get that project to completion.
