Simply put, this fund makes seed money available for missionary fund raising through The Titus Plan and for church planting through the Mass Personal Contact Plan.

The loans are repaid to the fund by the new money generated from new donors. The fund bears all the risk if, and only if, the recipient of the loan fulfills the contractual obligations to conduct the programs as prescribed.
