The System
The Titus Plan supplies a systematic method to present an individual's partnership opportunity to prospects and will turn some of them into long term partners. We guarantee it. If you work the plan the plan will work.
The Response
Usually the missionary is saddened by the small ratio of new partners they gain. The Titus Plan is built on the premise that no matter what you say or do, people have a library of reasons for saying "No." Some of those reasons may not be valid but there is little to be gained in attempting to dissect an individual's reasons for refusing to accept a partnership. The best thing to do is to move on to someone who might be more interested in partnership. At the end of the day, whether the missionaries themselves or friends of the missionaries make the contact, the ratio of new partners per contact is about the same. Once people commit to partnership the missionary knows with whom to invest their time.
Self Administered
If you are thinking of doing this yourself you need a variety of skills and high availability. And you need to have exceptionally high motivation and energy having demonstrated the ability to complete complex projects in the past.
Volunteer Help
You can complete the plan with a team of volunteers. To do this you must be an inspirational leader with either the skills of the key support people in place to manage a huge number of details.
Team Help
One of the best approaches is to complete the plan on a team basis with other missionaries. However, there must be a team leader and realistic time expectations for all participants.
Specialized Help
You can complete the plan by employing a team of workers. Kainos has such a team and can provide the leadership for your program. Your time may be best invested in raising the money to complete the plan with a team of ministry practitioners like
Kainos's.
