We advocate church planting by any method as long as it results in a church with the following definition.
The local church is composed of believers in Jesus Christ who are bound together in a more or less permanent and relatively stable relationship.
To be a church, a group of believers must:
1. Meet regularly in fellowship, instruction and worship,
2. Be bound together in an accepted order and by common experiences, beliefs, practices, means, values and purposes,
3. Be united according to the word of God is understood by them,
4. Be rightly related to God through Christ by the Holy Spirit and,
5. Be rightly related to each other as members of one community.
The local church has no mission save the carrying out of Lord's will.
Therefore the church exists within itself for:
1. The Ministry of the word and prayer,
2. Mutual edification, fellowship and helpfulness and,
3. The observance of the ordinances.
The local church exists in the world and its local community for the pre-eminent task of fulfilling the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations.
